The KTM Adventure 250 is an entry-level adventure motorcycle that was first launched in the Nepalese market back in 2021.

The new KTM 250 Adventure resembles a similar design as that of the KTM 450 Rally Dakar. It uses the same ultra-lightweight but stable trellis frame, wide and robust foot pegs, and 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels as in the 450 cc of KTM Rally Dakar. Similarly, the bike has a tall windshield, two-part seats, a halogen headlamp, tail lamps, and an LCD dash display.

On the outside, the bike measures 2154 mm in length, 9000 mm in width, and 1236 mm in height and weighs around 177 Kg. Similarly, the motorbike has a ground clearance of 200 mm, a wheelbase of 1430 mm, and a seat height of 855 mm. The machine comes equipped with a fuel tank that can hold 14.5 liters of fuel.
Suspension and Braking
The 250 cc of KTM Adventure’s suspension duties are handled by the WP apex 43 mm USD front forks in conjunction with a WP Apex mono-shock rear suspension. It features 320 mm front and 230 mm rear disc brakes, as well as off-road ABS braking for added safety.
Engine and Performance
Like its older version, the new model of KTM adventure is powered by the same 248.76 cc, single-cylinder, 4-valve, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine. In terms of output, it generates a maximum power of 30 PS at 9000 rpm alongside a maximum torque of 24 Nm at 7500 rpm. Likewise, the bike’s engine is connected to a six-speed manual gearbox transmission.
