iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max finally unveiled | Release dates and Price in Nepal?

After prolonged anticipation followed by short glimpses and leaks rumbling around the internet, Apple has finally released its new range of iPhones, the iPhone 11, 11Pro and 11 Pro Max. Yes, that’s right, Apple has added ‘Pro’ as the surname for their new iPhone models. But as its surname, does the device really fit on it, well we have to look on that.

Coming to the unique facets of the iPhone 11-series, it is its new A13 Bionic chipset, multiple rear cameras and undoubtedly the flawless OLED display. SO, without any further delay, let’s have a quick overview of all of these devices.

Apple iPhone 11 Overview

Well, in case if you didn’t know, the iPhone 11 is the cheapest iPhone of this year with a price tag of $699, which can rarely be guessed for an iPhone of this range.

The new iPhone11 is packed with dual camera setup where both the cameras are 12MP along with wide-angle lens integrated. The device flaunts a 6.1-inch retina display with a resolution of 1792x828 pixels. And it’s powered by A13 Bionic Chip while comes with Haptic touch and Dolby Atmos Sound. Apple has promised 20% better performance in GPU and CPU compared to its predecessor.

More on, it also features Night Mode which we can commonly find on most of the budget phones these days. The back cameras on the device are capable of recording 4K videos at 60 FPS which is absolutely great. Isn’t it? Similarly, highlighting on the front, the device gets a 12MP selfie shooter and most amazingly, the front camera also supports 4k recording at 30fps and 60fps which can, in fact, be a dream come true for most of the smartphone enthusiasts. And in case if you didn’t know, there is also the Slow-Motion feature on the front camera which is just mesmerizing!

Coming to the power performance, i.e. the battery, as Apple never reveals their battery size, it’s claimed to be 1hr. more efficient than its predecessor, i.e. the iPhone XR. The phone is also Water and Dust Resistant (IP68).

The iPhone 11 will be available in six different color options: White, Red, Black, White, Green, and Purple.

Apple iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max (Overview)

The new iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max are the successors of the iPhone XS and XS Max and while coming to the price, the devices come with a price tag of $999 and $1099 respectively (for base variant).

The iPhone 11 Pro flaunts a 5.8-inch display whereas the 11 Pro Max gets a 6.5-inch display. The body type of both these devices is similar to that of its predecessor, i.e. Glass and Stainless Steel. Also, the device inherits the same design at the front too along with the weird notch at the top which Apple should have thought about as the top area doesn’t perfectly fit in the device’s design. Hope, Apple looks after that in their next successor.

Both of the devices have a peak brightness of 1200nits which is great but lesser than the recently launched Note 10 Plus. More on, obviously, both iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max come with A13 Bionic chip while this time Apple had highly boosted the battery performance in both the devices as both of them is 5 hours more efficient than its predecessor.

Similarly, coming to the camera features, its where Apple has changed the game. The iPhone 11 Pro is integrated with an extra ultra-wide rear camera on the back along with a 12MP (f/1.8) primary lens and a 12MP Telephoto Zoom lens. The newly designed Deep Fusion Tech integrated into these phones which is, in fact, an improved Smart HDR multishot mode helps to capture highly detailed images from the phone. The iPad 10.2 was launched too. The iPad 10.2 needs a different case than the older iPad 9.7.

And don’t worry with the chargers this time, as Apple is finally shipping out the 18W Fast charger for all the new iPhone 11 models. Like in the past, there is no major difference between the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro max while the only difference in the models is their screen size.  

Furthermore, along with 64,128 and 256GB, this time iPhone 11 Pro will also be available in 512GB variant but it might only be sold at less number as 256GB is mostly enough for most of the users. The iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max are available in four different colors options: Space Grey, Silver, Gold, and Midnight Green.

iPhone 11 series Price and Availability in Nepal

If you have already compared the price of the new iPhones with its predecessor, you may have already noticed that there can be seen no much fluctuation in the price, which can be a great piece of news for most of the Apple lovers.

All of these iPhone models will be officially available from 20^th Sept in the US while in India, it will be available from 27^th of September.

Release in Nepal: Analyzing the recent reports, it suggests that iPhones might be available in Nepal sooner than, in the past, while it’s expected to launch here around early October, well we can’t confirm on that.

And highlighting on the pricing, as you may probably know that iPhones cost around 20-30% more here in Nepal. Keeping a mind on that, we might expect the iPhone 11 series to cost higher than its original value in the International market.

The expected price for the base variant iPhone 11 might be around Rs. 1,05,000/- while it might go up to Rs. 1,55,000/- for base variant of iPhone 11 Pro Max.
