Audi’s popular EV- Audi e-tron GT quattro has become the winner at the recent World Car Awards of 2022 in New York. The e-tron GT was nominated under the category: World Electric Vehicle of the Year, World Performance Car, and World Car Design of the Year. And under these 3 categories, the e-tron GT quattro was able to bring home the award for ‘World Performance Car 2022’.
The winner of the award was selected based on the voting of more than 100 auto journalists around the globe and a thorough test of the nominees.
“We’re happy that the fully-electric Audi e-tron GT quattro was a finalist in three categories only a year after its world premiere,” said Oliver Hoffmann, Member of the Board of Management for Technical Development, after the completion of award.

The Audi e-tron GT accelerates on 20-inch alloy wheels with an extremely sleek aerodynamic profile. It arrives with a sporty body with a prominent grille and stylish headlight as well.

The EV is offered a 92kWh battery back with 800V technology. This beast is capable of churning out a horsepower of 470bhp alongside a peak torque of 630Nm. The e-tron GT can attain a speed of 0-100km within just 4.1 seconds.
