Yamaha R15 V3.0 Dual Channel ABS Price in Nepal | Features, Mileage, Colors, Specs

Yamaha Nepal has recently launched the updated version of Yamaha R15 v3.0 which comes with dual-channel ABS. Mechanically, the features of the motorcycle are similar to that of regular R15 v3.0 while the only divergent part is the dual-channel ABS which is only available in the new model.

The previously launched R15 v3.0 didn’t come with ABS feature but when the Indian Government made it mandatory for automobiles company to include ABS in the vehicles, Yamaha stepped up to bring an update in their two-wheeler favoring the Indian government rules.

The updated feature in the motorcycle makes it more precise and to the best control while riding. The braking becomes more smooth and safer even during speedups without any wheel lock-ups. The new Yamaha YZF-R15 v3.0 is still available in Racing Blue, Thunder Grey as well as the new Darknight color option.

At the part of pricing, the newly updated version v3.0 costs around Rs. 30,000 more than the previous version. The outer design of the bike looks quite as same as the regular R15 v3.0 while the new version has a small ABS logo on the fairing, which is the only new addition.

Presently, in the market, the new updated R15 v3.0 is the only bike that comes with dual-channel ABS under the 150cc segment. The addition of ABS in the bike has resulted in a gain in weight of the bike by 3kgs while the new one weighs 142kg in total (wet).

The other mechanical aspects of the bike are the same as the previous model, R15 v3.0.
