Xiaomi recently joined the foldable phone market last year and it has not been so much that MIX Fold has been released and there are rumors and leaks about the new Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 in the market which can be seen in the mid-2022.
From a leak, Digital Chat Station reveals some key features about the upcoming foldable smartphone including its design and processor. It has been leaked that the new MIX Fold 2 will have 8inch LTPO Display with a screen resolution of almost 2.5k and the screen size of this phone is quite similar to apple mini pad that is 8.3 inches in display.
It has also been revealed that the phone will be powered by latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. It is also rumored that it will use Samsung made internal folding screen with Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) just like Samsung Z Fold3 and Oppo Find N which helps in ensuring the flexibility and durability of the smartphone display glass. The refresh rate is expected to be 120Hz (not sure).
These are the leaks and news that are up till now. Other than this the company is recently launching its k50 series this year and also it is trying some testing feature about a high end camera configuration for the upcoming new smartphone.
