The Taro GP 2 200 is one of the various models of Taro brand bikes currently available in the Nepali market. This very attractive-looking sports bike has been made available in the Nepali market by Om MotoCorp under SG Group.

The Italian brand Taro produced in China is a reputed brand sold in different countries of the world. This brand and its various models have now been added as another competitor in the Nepali market.

The GP 2 200 has a 198 cc OHC, liquid-cooled single-cylinder, four-stroke engine that generates 12.5 kW (16.6 bhp) of power at 8000 rpm and 17 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm. It has a 6-speed multiple wet-clutch transmission.

It has a positive shock absorber on the front and a single gas absorber on the rear. It has dual disc brakes at the front and single disc brakes at the rear.

With a ground clearance of 130 mm, the bike has a seat height of 760 mm and a Kerb weight of 149 kg. With a 10-liter fuel tank, the bike has a wheelbase of 1,313 mm.
