Suzuki Avenis 125 scooter launched in India, a potential Ntorq rival?

Suzuki has officially launched the new Avenis 125 scooter in the Indian market. The new 125cc roadster launched by Suzuki will be a direct rival to TVS Ntorq 125. 

Suzuki Avenis 125 Overview

First, the new Avenis derives its power from a 125cc fi engine with a max power of 8.7PS alongside a peak torque of 10Nm. The scooter weighs 106kg while Suzuki claims it to churn a high power with low kerb mass. 

Moreover, like its rival- NTorq 125, this one also gets a fully digital instrument cluster with the latest tech features. The cluster arrives with Bluetooth connectivity allowing riders to connect it with a smartphone and operate various features like turn-by-turn navigation, incoming call, SMS alert, speed details, phone battery level display, Whatsapp alert, and so on.

Suzuki has launched the new Avenis in two color options: Standard and Race Edition. The standard trim is priced at INR 86,700/- while the Race Edition is priced at INR 87,000/-

Color Options: Metallic Matte Fibroin Grey / Metallic Lush Green, Pearl Blaze Orange / Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Matte Black / Glass Sparkle Black, Pearl Mirage White / Metallic Matte Fibroin Grey, and the higher-priced Metallic Triton Blue (Race Edition)
