Samsung has been able to receive quite a great feedback from the M-series: Galaxy M20, M30, and M40 this year. While the major reason behind that was the competitive price and great features that these devices came along with.
Well, as Samsung received great reviews in their M-series, the firm is again planning on releasing more successors in this series which will be the Galaxy M21, M31, and M41. As Samsung has not officially confirmed the release date and specifications of these devices, however, there are already rumors whirling around the internet.
Let’s highlight on some of the rumors on these devices one by one.
Samsung Galaxy M21
The Galaxy M21 might get some upgrades in the processor compared to the M20, as M21 is expected to be powered by Exynos 9609 SoC. The base variant of M21 might get 4GB of RAM. However, the phone is expected to get the same dual-camera setup as the M21. The camera setup will comprise a 24MP primary sensor along with 5MP depth sensor which is quite great, as its predecessor sported a 13MP primary camera. Other expected features on the phone are still on hold.
Samsung Galaxy M31
Coming to the Galaxy M31, the device is presumed to be powered by Snapdragon 665 processor while expected to be coupled with 6GB of RAM for the base variant. So, comparing it to the M30, M31 is a clear upgrade in its processor.
More on, the Galaxy M31 might adopt a triple camera setup with a 48MP lens as the primary one. Similarly, the other two will be a 12MP wide-angle lens and a 5MP depth sensor. However, the camera sensor on the M31 has not been clearly indicated, it’s still a dilemma if the phone will hold a 48MP ISOCELL GM1 sensor or Sony IMX586 sensor.
Samsung Galaxy M41
Finally, highlighting on the rumors if Galaxy M41, the device is somewhat confirmed to be powered by the new Exynos 9630 processor. While this hints some upgrades on the processor compared to its predecessor. More on, the phone might also receive an 8GB RAM.
Coming to the camera features, the device is expected to sport a triple camera setup while this time the primary lens is presumed to be of 64MP while the other two will still be the same, i.e. 12MP wide-angle lens along with a 5MP depth sensor.
However, all of these data are based on the rumors of the upcoming M-series rumbling around the internet. So, none of these upgrades and features can fully be confirmed until Samsung officially gives the final announcement. But, in this era of digital technology, these rumors sometimes might come to a true end, until then let’s wait for the announcement.
Expected Launch Date: The Samsung Galaxy M21, M31 and M41 is expected to launch around the first quarter of 2020.
