The phone features a similar design as the Galaxy A53 with a center punch-hole cutout on the display, slightly chunky bezels, and a bottom-firing speaker grille. However, with the Galaxy A54, Samsung has ditched the camera bar, and you now have three independent camera rings and an LED flash on the rear (as shown in the pictures above). 

Talking about the display, the Samsung A54 is likely to get the same display as its predecessor. In that case, we’ll get a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolutions, 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. As Samsung makes some of the best smartphone screens, we expect the Galaxy A54 to have the best display at its price class, at the very least. 

Performance

The listing of the Samsung Galaxy A54 in Google Play Console showcases the new in-house Exynos 1380 chipset powering the smartphone. This octa-core chip is built using a 5nm EUV process and features a much-improved microarchitecture design with four powerful Arm Cortex-A78 CPUs @ 2.4GHz and four power-efficient Cortex-A55 CPUs @ 2.2GHz. In comparison to the Exynos 1280 processor that drives the Galaxy A53, Samsung claims that the new chip offers 40% faster execution speed, 20% faster game loading, and 30% more powerful multi-core performance. 

Adding on, the Exynos 1280 features Arm Mali-G68 GPU that has five cores running at 950 MHz. Besides, there’s also a built-in AI engine featuring an enhanced NPU that supports up to 4.9 trillion operations per second. 

Samsung Galaxy A54's listing further shows that the device will pack 6GB RAM, but we anticipate seeing other RAM versions at launch. Adding on, the phone will come pre-installed with Android 13 OS. 

With a much more improved processor at its heart, we expect the Samsung A54 Price in Nepal to cross the 60K range. 

Other Features

Other leaks of the Samsung A54 suggest that the phone will have a slightly bigger battery than the Galaxy A53. It will have a battery with a rated capacity of 4905 mAh, slightly larger than the 4860 mAh rated battery capacity of the Galaxy A53. 

As we know, the Galaxy A53 is advertised to have a 5000mAh battery, so there’s speculation that Samsung will advertise the Galaxy A54 with a 5100mAh battery. However, we expect that it will remain unchanged at 5000 mAh. 

The same report from the GalaxyClub claims that the Galaxy A54 will have a 50MP primary camera, ditching the 64MP sensor that’s on the Galaxy A53. Furthermore, the 50MP sensor is said to get the company of an 8MP ultra-wide and a 5MP macro sensor. Samsung is also likely to ditch the depth sensor from all its upcoming A-series smartphones.

Although the primary camera on the Galaxy A54 will have fewer megapixels, it’s said that it will be a much better sensor than its predecessor.

We are just weeks away from the global launch of the Samsung Galaxy A54. The phone is most likely to arrive within the first two weeks of March. Talking about the availability of Samsung A54 in Nepal, the phone should arrive here pretty soon after it hits the international markets. 

If you ask about Samsung A54 Price in Nepal, we expect the phone to be more expensive than its predecessor. Rumors believe that the device will come at around EUR 500, so there's also a possibility that the Galaxy A54 might even cross the 70K price bracket in Nepal.
