Well, again, here is a good piece of news for the Pulsar lovers as Bajaj is soon going to launch its most appreciated bike, the NS 200 with fi (fuel-injection) system similar to that of the Pulsar RS 200. The bike will soon get the fuel-injection system to make it BSVI compliant which actually are the emission standards instituted by Government of India to regulate the output of air pollutants from internal combustion engines and Spark-ignition engines equipment, including motor vehicles.

The addition of Fi system in the vehicle could pump the power of the bike’s engine by 1 PS. This implies that the engine can probably produce 24.5PS at 9,500rpm as the current model produces 23.5PS at respective rpm. The torque figure of the bike will quite remain the same, i.e. 18.3Nm at 8000rpm. However, the triple spark technology which is integrated into the NS models will remain the same.

More on, the bike will come equipped with the same single channel ABS (anti-lock braking system) while 230 mm disc on the rear and 300mm disc at the front. Also, it will get the same six-speed gearbox. Therefore, there will be no change in the bike’s engine features, the fuel-injection system will only be the additional features affixed with the bike.

Price and Availability

Bajaj has announced that the bike will be launched around an upcoming festive month, Tihar (Diwali) 2019. Coming to the pricing, its price in Nepal has not been disclosed yet, however, in India its price is expected to hike by INR 5,000 than the previous model. i.e.
