Hero Extreme 200R Price in Nepal | Design and Specs

The Hero Extreme 200R is one of the popular two-wheelers by Hero. The bike was first showcased at the NADA auto show 2018, last year while Nepal General Marketing Pvt. Ltd., the sole distributor of Hero automobiles in Nepal had launched the bike at the same time.

According to the company(Hero), it claims that Hero Extreme 200R is one of the most popular choices among the youngsters while it is also one of the most sold models by the firm

The most interesting and alluring feature in the bike is the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) which Hero has integrated into the two-wheeler. The bike gets an all-new 199.6cc air-cooled, single cylinder engine which can produce a power of 18.4PS at 8000rpm while 17.1Nm torque at 6500rpm. The bike’s engine is mated with a 5-speed gearbox while it has a top speed of 114kph.

Coming to the fuel efficiency in the vehicle, it can provide a mileage of around 40km/l which is quite economical for a daily rider. Braking of the bikes is handled by 276mm front and 220mm rear disc brakes which comes with single-channel ABS.

The Hero Xtreme 200R can rival against other competitive 200cc segment rides such as Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS, Yamaha FZ25 and Apache RTR 200.

Design and Features

The design of the Hero Xtreme 200R is similar to that of its younger sibling, the Xtreme Sports while the Xtreme 200R looks a little sharp and sporty. Talking of the rider’s front, there is a semi-digital instrument cluster that provides basic information to the rider such as the odometer, fuel gauge, speedometer, a clock, and a service indicator. Other features include split-seats, LED DRLs and LED tail-lamps.
