Poco F3 GT gets a Rs 5,000 price cut for a limited time | New Price

Poco F3 GT is a gaming smartphone that was launched back in August here in Nepal. The smartphone was launched with a price tag of Rs.56,999, but now the smartphone has received a decent price-cut for a limited time.

Xiaomi Nepal has come up with a limited-time offer, in which the Poco F3 GT sees a Rs 5,000 price cut. Similarly, consumers will also get one-year free breakage insurance on purchases made before November 30. This new offer sees the price of the Poco F3 GT come down to Rs.51,999 for the sole 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model.

Design and Display

Poco F3 GT shares the same design as the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition. The device comes with a glass back that has a vertical camera module with thunder bolt-shaped Led flash and the device looks aggressive to reflect its gaming identity. With physical shoulder Maglev triggers, it has a center punch-hole cutout at the display for a front-facing camera.

The display here is a 6.67-inch HDR10+ AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 480Hz touch sampling rate. With a peak brightness of 500 nits, the device also has 10-bit (1.067 billion) colors. Both the front and back panel of the device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Performance

Under the hood, Poco F3 GT has a MediaTek Dimensity1200 chipset. This 6nm mobile processor can be paired with 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device operates on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11. There are no built-in fans on the smartphone like we see on the gaming phones of other brands. Instead, Poco F3 GT has an 11,540mm2 large aerospace-grade vapor cooled chamber with 8-layered graphite sheets and a white graphene heat sink.

Camera

Poco F3 GT has a triple camera setup at the back. It consists of a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP 120-degree ultrawide, and a 2MP macro sensor. At the front is a 16MP selfie shooter capable of taking up to 1080p videos at 30fps whereas the rear camera setup can take up to 4K videos at 30fps.

Battery and Others

Powering the device is a 5056mAh battery that supports 67W of Quick Charge 3+ fast charging. Poco claims the smartphone can go from 0 to 100% in just 42 minutes. Furthermore, it has the wireless connectivity of dual-band WiFI 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
