OnePlus released its first smart TV, the Q1 Pro series, back in September 2019. After some time, the company has now announced its follow-up, the OnePlus TV Q2 Pro. The Chinese company's television has a 65-inch QLED 4K display and a 70-watt speaker system.
The TV supports voice commands and runs the Android TV 11 operating system with OxygenPlay 2.0. Let's examine the features and cost of the recently released OnePlus TV in more detail.
Display and Design
A 65" QLED panel is featured on the Q2 Pro. It has an extra quantum dot layer, which is placed directly between the LCD layer and the blue LED backlight layer, for superior whites, colors, and increased brightness, in comparison to a typical LED TV.
According to OnePlus, this display has a 97% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, which enhances the visual experience as well as provides accurate colors. This TV has a remarkable delta E (E) 1.5 for color accuracy.

To produce rich, realistic blacks for a stronger contrast, the OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro TV also has 120 local dimming zones. The higher contrast ratio of this TV, according to OnePlus, is 1200000:1. Also supported for the finest visual experience are various HDR standards such as Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG.
The Q2 Pro might potentially make a good gaming monitor because this TV has a natural refresh rate of 120 Hz. There are three HDMI 2.1 ports in total, and two of them offer variable refresh rate (VRR) technology for fluid gameplay and up to 4K 120Hz resolution.
Additionally, OnePlus claims that the finest possible visual optimization and ultra-clear content were achieved by using the most potent version of its Gamma Engine in this TV.
Sound and Others
The 40W Horizon Soundbar and 30W subwoofer in the OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro work together to give the main speakers of the device a peak audio output of 70W. To jointly tune these speakers, the firm has kept up its partnership with the Danish manufacturer of audio equipment, Dynaudio. There is also Dolby Atmos compatibility here for a full Dolby experience.
Moving on to the operating system, Google TV OS powers the Q2 Pro. This enables you to use Chromecast, make hands-free (remote-free) calls to Google Assistant, and more. Additionally, OnePlus includes the "OxygenPlay 2.0" multimedia center with the device for the Indian market.

For simpler multimedia streaming from your smartphone to the TV, it also enables NFC Cast, Miracast, DLNA, and MultiCast 2.0. OnePlus Connect 2.0 even allows you to connect, manage, and share information from your phone when it is not in use.
A 3GB RAM and 32GB storage MediaTek MT9617 CPU powers everything. The most potent 4K chipset for TVs now available from MediaTek is this one.
