The Service at Home is a doorstep repair service for all Lava Blaze customers. In this program, when Lava receives a valid request, they’ll send trained personnel to the customer's home within 24 hours to make the repair.
In this, the trained personnel will perform the elementary-level scan and the software or minor repairs at the customer's location. However, major repairs will be performed in the authorized service centers and delivered back to the user.
Is Lava Service at Home Free??
Yes, the Lava Service at Home is free if the phone is under one year warranty period. Users will get free pickup and delivery if the phone is within warranty. However, handsets that are out of warranty will be charged for spares/services as per the applicable price lists approved by Lava.
