Design
The new Hyundai IONIQ adopts a bold, airflow-inspired design with a simplistic turnaround going across its body. The mesh pattern grille, striking LED headlights and DRLs and Eco-spoke wheels add a new vibrant to the car. Although being an electric vehicle, the IONIQ 2020 looks more of a regular facelift inspired by modern design and fittings.

The vehicle comes with a spacious interior with enough place for the driver and the passengers to sit comfortably. It also comes with a 10.25-inches touchscreen infotainment system which also supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The cool blue ambient lighting features on the display adds a quirky vibe to it.
More on, other premium features such as touch controllable heated and ventilated seats, wireless phone charging, driving-mode select, and more features are also included in the car.

The new 2020 Hyundai IONIQ Electric is equipped with a 38.3kWh battery pack which is a good upgrade to its previous iteration which came with 28kWh battery. Its engine delivers a peak horsepower of 134bhp along with 218Nm of peak torque. The new Hyundai electric car provides a driving range of around 311km on a full charge. The vehicle holds a top speed of 165km/l.
Safety and other features
The 2020 IONIQ Electric is packed with full-on safety features such as a 7-airbags system, hill assist control (HAC), electronic stability control (ESC), rear parking camera, anti-lock braking system (ABS), and more.
The vehicle also adopts a paddle-shifting feature that offers 4-level control over regenerative braking and allows the driver to override the system’s default eco-driving and provide faster performance.
