Hyundai has recently unveiled the official sketch of their upcoming sub-compact sedan car, the Hyundai Aura. The company has recently showed the glimpse of the car through their official site.
According to the sketch, the styling of the company's new hatchback car appears to be inspired by the Grand i10 Nios. According to the company, Hyundai Aura's design is sporty, futuristic and progressive. Hyundai said that the car will be made public on December 19th.

The aura will feature a honeycomb mesh finish as well as Hyundai's signature cascading grill. Likewise, it might have a boomerang-shaped daytime running lamp such as the Grand i10 Nios. The Aura will be one of the most stylish compact sedans.
Hyundai will release the new Aura sedan with three BS-6 compliant engine option. Like the Nios, the Aura will also get a 1.2-liter three-cylinder diesel and 1.2L petrol engine. However, Hyundai has also included a 1.0L turbo petrol engine in the Aura sedan as a new engine inclusion.

More on, on the insides, the Hyundai Aura will get an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that will support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto while the higher variants will also come with a wireless charging option.
And speaking of the gearing option, the four-wheeler will come with a 5-speed manual gearbox for 1.2L Petrol and Diesel variants while there will also be an option for AMT. On the other hand, the 1.0L turbo-engine variant will only have a 5-speed manual gearbox transmission in it.

However, as the firm has not made the specs of its new sedan public, the specs of the car cannot be confirmed yet. The Hyundai Aura Sedan is expected to compete against the Honda Amaze, Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Renault LBA, and Tata Tigor.
