The Hyundai i20, which started selling in India last year and in Nepal this year, is also one of the highest mileage cars. Launched in India this year, the sporty and spacious Hyundai i20 Inline has a 1.0-liter turbo engine. The engine generates 120 horsepower and 172 Nm of torque.
The company claims that the i20 with an automatic DCT gearbox gives a mileage of 20.25 km per liter.

Maruti Suzuki Celerio (26.68 km/l)
The new generation Celerio is the most talked-about model due to its high mileage. Celerio, which has come to the market with a new design and additional features, is going to be sold officially in Nepal. The company claims that Celerio gives a mileage of 26.68 kilometers per liter.
It is powered by a new technology 1.0-liter dual jet K10 three-cylinder petrol engine. The engine generates 67 horsepower and 89 Nm of torque.

Although adopting a different design approach, the Nissan Magnite is also powered by the same engine unit used in the Renault Kiger.
Nissan Magnite is available in two engine options: a 1.0L Naturally Aspirated Petrol Engine and an HRA Turbo Petrol Engine.
The 1.0L Naturally Aspirated Petrol Engine churns a power of 71bhp alongside a peak torque of 96Nm. The vehicle’s engine is mated with a 5-speed gearbox transmission. Likewise, the HRA Turbo Petrol Engine delivers a power of 99bhp alongside a peak torque of 160Nm. This one has two gearbox options—Manual, and CVT Automatic.

Tata Punch (18.1 km/l)
Although not launched in Nepal, the new Tata Punch is getting a good market share in the Indian market.
Tata Motors' first micro SUV Punch has succeeded in punching the market in many ways. Having been able to receive a five-star rating in the Global NCAP rating for safety, the Tata Punch arrives with excellent mileage.
