The new Virtus is 4482 mm long, 1751 mm wide, 1472 mm high, and has a 2651 mm Wheelbase. It is 92 mm longer, 52 mm wider, 5 mm taller than the Vento.

The Volkswagen Virtus has 40 safety features. It equips 6 airbags, electronic stability control, electronic differential system, multi-collision brake, rear parking camera, ISOfix child seat mount, tire pressure monitoring system, ABS, EBD, front and rear parking sensors. The company is going to bring it in 6 color options.
The car is powered by a 1.0-liter TSI turbo petrol engine that generates 110 bhp of power and 170 Nm of torque. It also has a 1.5-liter engine, which generates 150 hp of power and 250 Nm of torque. It includes a 6-speed manual gearbox, 6-speed automatic torque converter, and 7-speed DSG automatic gear options.
Volkswagen Virtus will be launched on two variants: Dynamic Line and GT Line. It will be built on the company's MQB AO platform. This will be the company's fourth model under the India 2.0 project. The Volkswagen Virtus is a luxurious sedan car that is expected to be the longest in its segment.
