In terms of performance, the Vivo V25e has a MediaTek Helio G99 processor. This 4G chip uses a highly efficient TSMC 6nm process, and its octa-core CPU clocks up to 2.2GHz. Besides, the phone comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. 

On the software side, the device boots on Android 12-based FuntouchOS 12. Furthermore, it packs a 4500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. 

Other Features 

For optics, the triple camera setup of Vivo V25e features a 64MP primary camera with OIS, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP bokeh lens. Upfront is a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.
