Talking about the Galaxy Z Fold 4 specifications, leakster Ice Universe claims the device will come with the following specs: 

Ice Universe is a well-known leaker with a good track record - he believes that the Fold 4 will feature a 6.2-inch AMOLED cover screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Similarly, the main foldable display will be a 7.6-inch AMOLED panel with QXGA+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. 

The phone is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. Samsung will pair the chip with 12GB RAM, and users will get 256/512GB storage options. Besides, the foldable is said to run on Android 12 with OneUI 4.1.1 on top. 

The leak further suggests that the  Z Fold 4 will see a camera upgrade. There will be a 50MP primary lens, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. Moreover, the smartphone will feature a 4MP 2.0μm under-display camera and another 10MP selfie camera on the external display.
