Royal Enfield Classic 350 Embracing Dark and Chrome Variants Now in Nepal.

Nepal's Royal Enfield enthusiasts have reason to celebrate as Alpha Automotive, the authorized distributor of Royal Enfield motorcycles in the country, introduces exciting updates to the beloved Royal Enfield Classic 350. While the Classic 350 was previously available in the Halcyon and Redditch paint schemes, riders can now indulge in four new paint options, including the much-anticipated Dark and Chrome Premium variants. Now, let's dive into the specifics of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 BS6, including its key specifications.

Design

The Royal Enfield Classic 350 has always been admired for its timeless aesthetics, and in 2023, it continues to embrace this tradition. While the front section remains largely unchanged, the headlamp receives a subtle update with a clearer lens and housing. The tear-drop-shaped fuel tank retains its iconic shape, and Royal Enfield has introduced quality-of-life improvements like an updated gear shifter and rear brakes. The seat cushioning and design have been enhanced for improved comfort, and wider front and rear tire sizes provide better stability. On the technology front, a new digital-analogue instrument meter and handlebar switches borrowed from the Meteor 350 bring modern convenience to the Classic 350. The rear section also undergoes noticeable design changes, with a redesigned tail lamp and rear fender.

Engine and Performance

The heart of the Classic 350 is a robust 349cc, Single-Cylinder, 4-stroke, SOHC EFI engine that complies with BS6 emission standards. This powerhouse delivers a maximum power output of 20.48 PS at 6100 rpm and a peak torque of 27 Nm at 4000 rpm, ensuring a thrilling ride on both city streets and open highways. The motorcycle features air cooling, a self-start mechanism, and a responsive 5-speed gearbox. It can reach a top speed of 113 Kmph and boasts a 13-litre fuel tank, providing a respectable mileage of 35 kmpl. Whether you're commuting daily or embarking on an epic road trip, the Classic 350 is up to the task.

Enhanced Performance Features

The 2023 Classic 350 comes equipped with a host of performance-enhancing features. A newer J-series engine with a counterbalancer significantly reduces vibrations, leading to a smoother and more comfortable ride. The motorcycle also adopts a newer Twin Downtube Chassis, larger brakes, and a longer 41mm front suspension for improved handling. The suspension system consists of a 41mm Telescopic Fork with 130mm travel and Twin-Tube Absorbers with a 6-step Adjustable Preload. It rides on a 19-inch front spoke tire and an 18-inch rear spoke tire. Braking is handled by a 300mm Disc and 153mm Drum with Single-Channel ABS, ensuring confident stopping power. With dimensions of 2145mm in length, 785mm in width, and 1090mm in height, the Classic 350 offers a comfortable riding posture. Its 170mm ground clearance and a kerb weight of 195kg make it suitable for diverse terrains.
