As of the latest reports, Yamaha is officially launching its much-awaited bike- the Yamaha R15M this September 21. The spy images of the new Yamaha entry-level sports bike have already surfaced online.

The test of the mules of the motorcycle is already seen in various streets of India. As of this, there have many updates made on the bodywork. Similarly, the tail section kind of looks similar but does have larger air ducts. Moreover, the pillion footpegs also seem to be different this time.

The racing machine is getting a new fairing and windscreen. Looks-wise, the 2021 Yamaha R15M somewhat resembles the design of the recently launched YZF-R7.
As far as the mechanicals are concerned, the new version of Yamaha R15 is expected to be powered by the same 155cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. The dimensions and other mechanical facets of the bike are also expected to remain unchanged.
2021 Yamaha YZF- R15 New Features?
Besides the updated bodywork and styling, the bike is also coming up with new features. The new-gen R15 is possibly getting a new Bluetooth Connectivity option on the instrument panel. It might be the same unit used in the recently launched Yamaha FZ-X.

Reports suggest that the M variant of the bike will only adopt this feature while the standard variant might miss this.
