Redmi Watch 2 Lite features a 1.55-inch TFT display, which is the major differentiating factor compared to Redmi Watch 2 featuring an AMOLED display. The display here has a resolution of 320 x 360 pixels and over 100 watch faces.

The watch weighs 35 grams and is 5 ATM water-resistant. It comes in three color options (Ivory, Black, Blue) for the watch frame and additional three colors (Pink, Olive, Brown) for the watch strap.

Redmi Watch 2 Lite comes with over 100 different workout modes that include outdoor running, treadmill, outdoor walking, outdoor cycling, HIIT, jumping rope, rowing machine, elliptical machine, yoga, and more. The smartwatch is capable of 24-hour heart rate monitoring, SpO2 monitoring, and sleep quality tracking. It can also track stress levels, menstrual cycle, breathing exercise, and more.

There is a built-in GNSS chipset for more precise position tracking. The watch supports four major global positioning systems - GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BDS.
