Kantar published its report for the most valuable brands globally. With a brand value of $683.8 billion, Amazon is the most valuable brand globally. Amazon recorded 64% growth compared to last year. Second, on the list is Apple with its brand value of $611.9 billion making Apple the most valuable smartphone brand. Rounding up the top 3 is Google with its brand value of $457.9 billion. Google saw a growth of 42% compared to last year.
Talking about the smartphone brands, Samsung comes second with its $46.3 billion brand value but sits at the number 42 spot on the global brand’s leaderboard. Chinese tech company Huawei follows Samsung on the number 50 spot with its $38 billion brand value. Despite its complication with the US government, Huawei remains on the top 3 list of the most valuable smartphone brand. Another Chinese smartphone company, Xiaomi makes it to the leaderboard with its $24.8 billion brand value, sitting comfortably on the 70th spot on the global brand’s leaderboard.

Leading smartphone chip manufacturer Qualcomm is listed among the top newcomers. Qualcomm sits in the 37th spot on the global leaderboard with a market value of $48.3 billion.
Tesla is the fastest growing brand and became the most valuable car brand, growing its value by 275% year-on-year to $42.6 billion. Social media app TikTok is second on the list of top risers with 158% year-on-year growth to $43.5 billion.
