Huawei finally launching its own Mobile Service, the Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) by the end of 2019

The talks about the Chinese tech giant, Huawei planning on launching its own mobile service had been rolling out on the Internet for a long time. As the news on the US trade ban on Huawei hyped the Internet to a great extent, the firm had suddenly decided to launch its own mobile service soon as an alternative to Google Mobile Services and now the firm’s plan has finally come alive. It is about to officially release the new Huawei Mobile Services (HMS).

Huawei has been working hard on filling the void created among the Huawei users on the absence of Google Mobile Services (GMS). As Huawei had not been able to use the GMS in their new devices, the firm had been planning on replacing Google services such as YouTube, messaging, Gmail and other by the end of 2019.

As Google’s app ecosystem is very vast and popular among most of the tech consumers, Huawei is planning on creating alternatives for all the apps such as the Google Maps, Google Play Games, YouTube, and the Google Play Store itself.

And of course, it has been mandatory for the firm to release the alternatives for all the Google Services if it doesn’t want its smartphone customers to change their trail towards the next smartphone option.

As an alternative to the Google Play Store, Huawei will be coming up with its own app store, named Huawei’s AppGallery and according to our expectations, apps like Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp will surely be making its way towards the firm’s new app store.

According to Huawei, its new app platform has more than 4,50,000 apps while it might surely include all the other apps except the Google family.

However, the major question that arouses in our mind is— Can Huawei really survive the loss of Google apps on the future run? And can the firm really work on for the alternative of Gmail and YouTube? Won’t it take a lot of time for the firm to work on an alternative for it as it has to convince the current Google consumers too?

Well, this kind of question arouse firstly in our minds when a company suddenly has to bring about a major transformation in its work mechanism.
