Honor has unveiled a new 5G smartphone called Honor X9. The device brings a 120Hz display, a Snapdragon 695 SoC, and a 66-watt fast charging capability. In this post, we will be looking at the specifications, features, availability, and expected price of the Honor X9 5G in Nepal.

Honor X9 5G Overview

Design and Display

Honor X9 5G features a 6.81-inch IPS LCD panel with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2388 pixels. The display here supports a 120Hz fast refresh rate, up to 10 touchpoints, and has a tiny punch-hole cutout for a selfie camera.

The device holds a circular camera module and is offered in three different color options - Midnight Black, Ocean Blue, and Titanium Silver.

Performance

Honor X9 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, which is a 6nm SoC with support for 5G connectivity. The device with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage options. Honor has also added the memory expansion technology that provides 2GB of virtual RAM.

The smartphone packs a 4800mAh battery with support for 66-watt fast charging. Furthermore, it runs on the Magic UI 4.2 based on Android 11.

Camera and Others

For optics, the circular camera module of the X9 features a 48MP primary camera and two 2MP depth and macro sensors. Upfront is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The iconic ring camera design of the smartphone is similar to the Honor magic 3 series.

Connectivity options on the smartphone include 5G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port. There’s also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometrics.
