After receiving quite good reviews from the Honor Magic Watch, Honor had again launched the successor to Magic Watch, which was the Magic Watch 2. The smartwatch had been launched in the International market a few months ago while it also received good reviews from the consumers.
And now, after acquiring a good response from the International market, Honor has officially launched the Magic Watch 2 in Nepal. The new Magic Watch 2 comes with a bigger battery and screen while it also boasts a better processor than its predecessor.

Honor Magic Watch 2 Overview
First of all, let’s talk about its screen. The Honor Magic Watch 2 flaunts a big 1.39-inch AMOLED display which is bigger and better than its predecessor. The display supports 454x454 resolution. But when it comes to the screen, there is also another variant available with a 1.2-inch screen. So, if you are one who would like to go for a smaller screen, then it might be the right choice for you. The screen is categorized into 42mm and 46mm variant being small and big respectively.

The watch body is fully made up of 351L stainless steel while the design of the Magic Watch 2 still remains the same as its predecessor. And as in its predecessor, you get two control buttons on the watch on the right side. Also, there is a tachymeter available on the dial on the 46mm variant while the 42mm loses it. More on, the bezels on the device is also a little bit thinner in the new one compared to its predecessor.
Well, now let’s talk about the internal hardware specs of the device. At first, let’s talk about its processor. The new Honor Magic Watch 2 is powered by Kirin A1 processor which is, in fact, a major upgrade to the device. The same processor has been used to power the Huawei Watch GT 2.
The new watch also supports Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity which means you can get advanced connectivity in the watch. As per claimed by Honor, you can stay connected with the watch even while your watch is at a distance of 150m which is really amazing!
On the storage part, the Magic Watch 2 is provided with 4GB of internal storage while 2GB of the space on the device can be used to store songs that might come very handy on the exercise period. Talking of exercise, going to the fitness tracking features of the device, the Magic Watch 2 features 24-hour heart rate tracking system, speed and calorie tracker, distance tracker and son on. The device warns when the user’s heart rate is fluctuating between extremes. Similarly, the sleep tracking feature on the device helps you to monitor your sleep schedule and timings so you can have a sound sleep.
In total, the Magic Watch 2 holds 15 fitness modes. From hiking to rowing and swimming, the watch keeps track of all the measures. The swim tracking feature allows the user to calculate the SWOLF score which means it can track your number of strikes and seconds you required to finish the pool length. Also, the smartwatch is water-resistant up to 5ATM.

Let’s talk about the powerhouse of the device now, which is its battery. The new Honor Magic Watch 2 is provided with a 455mAh battery on the 46mm variant while the firm claims its battery to last for 14 days on a full charge. And talking of the 42mm variant, you get the same battery but a little bit of less battery life as it only lasts around a week's time on a full charge.
And not to forget, the Magic Watch 2 is available in two different color options: Carbon Black and Flax Brown [46mm] while 42mm variant also has two options available: Sakura Gold and Agate Black.
