In the sixth month of car sales in India (April- September), the sales of electric cars in India have grown by a huge amount.
Although there are very few selected options when it comes to good electric cars in India. This also implies that the craze for EVs in India is growing at a rapid pace. Not only in India but in Nepal as well, the sales of EVs are on the next level.

Electric Car Sales in India
In the first half of the Financial Year in India ( FY 2021-22: Apr-Sept), the total Electric Car Sales stood at 6,261 units. Compared to the sales data of the same period last year, i.e. (FY 2020-21), the sales have grown up by 234%. Last year, the total sales only stood at 1872 units.
Coming on to the top EV makers, names like Tata, Hyundai, MG remain at the top. Tata Nexon and MG ZS EV have become the best-sellers in India.
