TVS recently launched its much-awaited sports commuter bike-Raider a few months ago in Nepal. The Raider bike is the first-in-segment two-wheeler from the Indian firm that comes with tons of exciting features and modern technology. 

Since its very launch, the sports commuter has been able to win the hearts of many TVS fans. 

 

Here, we have pointed out the 6 Top Highlights of the new TVS Raider. 

1. Gear Indicator

The new TVS Raider comes with an inbuilt gear indicator. Although the gear indicator feature is something we mostly get to see in higher cc premium bikes, Raider happens to be a game-changer.

2. No Kick-Start

The TVS Rider 125 is given an electric start option only. The company has not given a kick-start option to this motorcycle. This has helped to reduce the total weight of the motorcycle while also making it a unique piece in the lower cc commuter segment.

 

3. Riding Modes

The TVS Raider comes with two riding modes: Power and Eco. The rider will be able to drive by choosing the mode according to his/her needs. 

 

4. Engine Kill-Switch

TVS has not given an engine kill switch on this motorcycle. The company has used new technology in this.

The company has used 'Intelligent Go Technology' in Raider 125. This allows the engine to be turned on and off automatically. When the motorcycle is stopped at a traffic light or in any place, the motorcycle automatically shuts off and can be started normally after taking a throttle.

5. Monoshock Suspension 

Generally, 125 cc segment motorcycles adopt double suspension. But TVS has equipped the Raider 125 with 5 step adjustable monoshock suspension at the rear.

 

6. Competitive Pricing

The new TVS Raider motorcycle has arrived at competitive pricing. The bike was launched in India at INR 77,500/- while in Nepal, it is costs Rs. 2.48 lakhs.
