Italian two-wheeler brand Taro has launched a new electric scooter in Nepal. Om MotoCorp has started selling Taro Imola 150 sporty scooter in Nepal.
The company had recently launched the Taro brand in the Nepali market. The company has been selling 150 cc maxi design scooters before this.
The company's newly unveiled Taro Imola has a 149 cc air-cooled Euro 5 standard engine. The engine generates a maximum of 11.5 bhp of power at 8000 rpm and 12.1 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm. The company claims that its power is the most powerful in the scooters in this segment.
Telescopic suspension is equipped on the front of the scooter, while swing arm suspension is available on the rear. Disc brakes are provided on both wheels.
The scooter is provided with a 5.5 L fuel storage while it provides a mileage of 30km/l.
It is considered a very bold scooter due to its full digital LCD instrument cluster, keyless start option, speed of 110 kmph, sporty design, and powerful engine.
