Suzuki Intruder launched in Nepal for Rs.3,09,900

VG Suzuki Nepal, the authorised distributor of Suzuki Bikes in Nepal has launched the all-new Suzuki Intruder in Nepal. Just a month ago, we had shared with you about the tentative launch date of the bike and here we are today, with the bike being launched at a really special price. The launch price of the Suzuki Intruder 150 in Nepal is Rs.3,09,900.

Here's a quick rundown of the specs of the Suzuki Intuder:

Anyone who is a two-wheeler diehard will immediately recognize the design of the Suzuki Intruder that we get here. The bike follows the design of the Suzuki Intruder 1800R which is a flagship cruiser bike from Suzuki stable. The bike looks big and beefy but that's only when you look at it from a distance. Underneath, the Intruder gets the same engine that powers the Gixxer which is a 154.9cc single cylinder motor which churns out 14.8PS of power at 8000rpm.

The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine churns out 14.8ps of power which is slightly less than that of the Gixxer. The engine is not bad by any means but I would have loved if the company had settled in for a higher capacity motor. I really doubt about it being a good cruiser at the highways of Nepal.

The Intruder 150 gets the headlight design from the legendary Intruder 1800R. Also, the bike gets single-channel ABS as a standard feature. This feature will definitely improve braking quite a bit and more importantly save a lot of lives.

The bike also gets a LED tail light which really looks striking. What's more? It also gets a twin exhaust which looks bold and is finished in chrome. There's also "Intruder" badging in multiple places which according to the company will add value to the design of the bike (although I doubt it).
