Digo Group, which has been the sole distributor for Dahe Electric cars in Nepal in the past has now stopped the distribution of Daye vehicles and has recently launched a new electric car, E8 in the Nepali market.
The new E8 electric car is integrated with a 7.5kW AC motor along with a 14.6kW lithium-ion phosphorus battery. The company claims the new E8 electric car to have a maximum power of 15kW along with 180Nm peak torque. The car’s top speed ranges from 60-70 km.
Available with a rear-wheel automatic drive option, the new E8 EV claims to provide a mileage of 150km on a single full charge. The vehicle has a 160mm ground clearance while the other features include power steering and disc and drum brakes or handling the braking. The vehicle has two different driving options: Standard and Economical. Excitingly, this one also adopts the Regenerative Braking System as well as Multimedia Screen with Reverse Parking Camera for optimum safety.
Additionally, the other premium features of E8 include electronic Braking ORVM, Hill Assist Control, Regenerative Braking System, Power window, AC, Heater, Battery Management system, fog-lamps, and more.
More on, for the rider and passenger’s safety, the vehicle is constructed with top-build quality along with well-equipped seat belts and a low-battery warning indicator.
Inside the cabin, you will also get a multimedia HD touchscreen infotainment system, Bluetooth connectivity, reverse parking camera and various other features which might come very much handy while traveling through the routes.
The E8 electric car has a length of 3610mm, a breadth of 1570mm, and a height of 1490mm. It has a wheelbase of 2345mm while weighs around 850kgs. The total seat capacity of the car is for 5 people.
