The initial retail cost is 13,390 yuan, or around Rs 1.60 lakh. A significant portion of the Yamaha GT150 Fazer's components and accessories are taken from other 150cc motorcycles.
The Yamaha GT150 Fazer boasts an elegant, eye-pleasing appearance. The bike is available in White, Blue, Light Grey, and Dark Grey and exudes friendliness. In all color variations, the lower portion of the bike is largely blacked out.

Yamaha GT150 Engine
- A 149cc engine powers the Yamaha GT150 Fazer, generating 12.3 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and 12.4 Nm of torque. On either side, it has 18-inch alloy wheels. The rear tire is 100/80 in size, while the front tire is 90/90. The bicycle has a 1,330 mm wheelbase. It comes with a 12.5 liter gas tank. This bike weighs 126 kilograms in total. Regarding the timing of this bike's arrival in India, no information or statement has been provided.
- Telescopic front forks and dual rear suspension are used on the New Yamaha 150cc Classic to provide suspension. The bike's front and rear 18-inch wheels are fitted with 90/90 and 100/80 tyres, respectively.
- Disc brakes are used for braking at both ends. The bicycle weights 126 kg and has a 1,330 mm wheelbase. A 12.5 litre petrol tank is on board. Yamaha GT150 Fazer appears like a good candidate to be brought here given the growing popularity of classic bikes in India. But it's unclear whether and when the GT150 Fazer will be introduced in India.
- Yamaha India sells the retro-styled FZ-X, however it doesn't have the same exquisite appearance as the GT150 Fazer. Launching the GT150 Fazer in India shouldn't be too difficult because Yamaha already has the 150cc platform there.
