Introduction
Asta Automobile, the authorized distributor of Yedea products in Nepal, has recently launched the Yadea T9 in the Nepalese market. With the entry of the T9, Yadea now has four models of electric scooter in Nepal – Yadea C1S, Yadea G5, Yadea S-like, and the brand new Yadea T9. Among them, T9 is the most economical offering from the company.

Yadea T9 flexes a sporty design with futuristic and modern styling. The e-scooter houses unique LED lights with DRLs at the front and a rectangle-shaped LED taillight at the rear profile. The extended 630 mm seat cushion and extended 330 mm footplate of the scooter enhance the comfort of the rider. Overall, the design of this scooter is different from other existing models of Yadea scooters.
Additionally, Yadea T9 is offered in five different color options: Red, Black, Blue, Grey, and White.

On the outside, the scooter measures 1860 mm in length, 715 mm in width, and 1070 mm in height and weighs 120 Kg. Similarly, the e-scooter has a ground clearance of 140 mm and a wheelbase of 1325 mm.
Battery and Performance
Yadea T9 uses Graphene as the battery technology. It is the first Yadea scooter to feature graphene instead of a regular Lithium battery. The battery used in the T9 is more compact, lighter, and charges comparatively faster than its Lithium counterparts.
In terms of output, the 72V38Ah portable graphene battery in combination with a 2 KW hub motor produces a maximum power of 3000 watts. The battery takes around six to eight hours to get fully charged, which in turn offers a claimed range of 120 Km. In addition, the vehicle can speed up to 65 Km/h.
Other Features
Yadea T9 boasts 12-inch tubeless tires at both ends. However, the rear tire measures 100/ 80 – 12, which makes it slightly bigger than the front one at 90/90 – 12. Moreover, the suspension duties in the motorcycle are handled by telescopic front forks in conjunction with an aluminum swingarm with hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear.

Moving on, the scooter gets disc brakes on both ends with the standard braking system. Besides, it features a two-level seat, 12-inch alloy wheels, a USB charging port, full LED lighting, remote key control, and 12-degree climbing ability.
