After the continuous release of Galaxy A-series in the market, Samsung has now come up with its another awaited A-series model on the line-up which is the Galaxy A60. The new Galaxy A60 fits in between the slots of Galaxy A50 and A70. Also, the manufacturer country, China has announced that they will continue their expansion of A-series.
Well, for now, the phone has only been launched in China while it is soon going to be released in India too. Speaking of the price, the new Galaxy A60 comes with a price tag of CNY 1,999 in China (for 6GB RAM + 128GB Internal Storage variant).
The Galaxy is A60 is the second top variant among the A-series model after the Galaxy A80 when it comes to Infinity-O punch hole display. Let’s check out what the new Galaxy A60 has to offer.
Overview
Galaxy A60 comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ Infinity-O FHD+LCD display. The punch hole on the top of the display flaunts a selfie camera housed inside while the device has around 92% of screen-to-body ratio. It has a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
Powering the Galaxy A60 is Snapdragon 675 octa-core chipset which is coupled with 6GB of RAM. The device comes with an internal storage of 128GB along with expandable storage via microSD card up to 512GB. For handling the graphics performance in the phone and make it smoother, Adreno 612 GPU has been placed in it.
Talking of the camera, Samsung has spiced up the camera set-up in the new Galaxy A60 by flaunting a triple camera setup. Galaxy A60 flaunts a 32MP primary camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP depth sensor on the rear side while a 32MP selfie camera rests on the front display hole of the phone.
Furthermore, on the back of the device sits a 3500-mAh Li-Ion battery which supports USB Type-C port like most of the new devices these days. Also, the device supports Fast Battery Charging(15W) too. Other sensors on the Galaxy A60 includes a rear-mounted Fingerprint sensor, Proximity sensor, Light sensor and more. While design happens to one of the crucial factors on the phone, speaking of the Samsung A60, it comes in a slim and sleek design, i.e. 7.9mm width and weighs around 160 grams only.
The phone is expected to be available in three different color options: Silver, Dark Blue, and Midnight Black.
