Introduction
Ola electrics, an India-based two-wheeler manufacturing company, is set to enter Nepal with its brand-new electric scooters. The authorized distributor of Ola scooters in Nepal, CG motors, is planning to launch the scooter at NADA EV EXPO 2022, taking place at Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Hall this September. They will offer the scooters in two models, Ola S1 and Pro S1 Pro.

Ola S1
Ola S1 is powered by an Ola hyperdrive motor capable of generating maximum power of 8.5KW and 58Nm of maximum torque. The scooter can attend the top speed of 95Km/h. It takes around 5 hours to fully charge its 2.98KWh lithium-ion battery, which in return provides a claimed range of 141Km.
Ola S1 features normal, sport, and eco-driving modes and will be available in five colours. Moreover, you will get a sizeable 36L storage space under your seat, a 7-inch touch display with navigation and Bluetooth features, and Normal, Sport, and Eco driving modes.

Ola S1 Pro
Similar to Ola S1, S1 Pro is also powered by 8.5KW Ola hyperdrive motor power and produces 58Nm of maximum torque. However, the Pro variant comes with a large 4KWh battery and provides an impressive range of 181Km. Moreover, it takes around 6 hours and 30 minutes to charge its battery, and it can acquire a top speed of 116Km/h.
Similarly, the Pro model of Ola S1 also features a 7-inch touch display and 36L under-seat storage. Cruise control, hill-hold function, voice assistant function, and hyper-driving mode make the S1 Pro stand out from its base variant. In addition, S1 pro will be available in 10 different colour shades.
