Design and Display

Redmi 10 2022 features a 6.5 inches IPS AdaptiveSync display that automatically adjusts the refresh rate to the content that is being displayed. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate, features Reading Mode 3.0, and has an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The device measures 8.9mm thick, weighs 181 grams, and gets the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the display.

Performance

The chipset here is a MediaTek Helio G88, which is a tweaked version of the Helio G85. Redmi 10 is also the first device to use the new Helio G88 SoC. It s paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage.

On the software side, the device operates on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11. Providing fuel to the device is a 5000mAh battery. It supports 18-watt fast charging and 9-watt reverse wired charging.

Camera and Others

For optics, Redmi 10 2022 gets a quad-camera setup at the back. It consists of a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide, and two 2MP macro and depth sensors. Selfies and video calls are handled by an 8MP sensor housed in a center punch-hole notch of the display.
