Helmets and leg guards made in Nepal are now CE certified. The Yeti brand helmets and leg guards manufactured in Nepal are ‘Euro-Global Certificate’ (CE) accreditation.
Helmets and leg guards manufactured by the Mayur Steel Company in Butwal have been certified as safe. The helmet produced under the Yeti brand of the Mayur Steel Industry is 'ISO Certified' and now Yeti's helmet is CE certified with ISO. This confirms that the Nepali helmet is 100% safe to wear.
The company has been producing half, full, and motocross helmets. Recently, the company also launched motocross helmets and premium full helmets.
“We are producing 1200 units of helmets daily”, said Mahesh Thaiba, Chairman, Aabas Group.
Yeti Helmets Price in Nepal?
According to Thaiba, Yeti's products are able to compete with foreign products. The price of this brand of helmet has been fixed at Rs 1,100/- to Rs 7,500/- in Nepal.
The company has also been producing leg guards for motorcycles, which are ISO and Euro-Global Certified as well. The price of Yeti brand Legguards in Nepal ranges from Rs. 1100 - Rs. 2100
