Huawei couple of months back, refreshed its MateBook D15 with the latest AMD Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 series chipset in China. It now seems that the global version of the laptop will be refreshed with Intel’s 11th gen Core i5 processor. Huawei recently has launched the MateBook D15 with Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor in the UK. 

The laptop has the same specifications as its AMD Ryzen counterpart, the only difference being the processor and graphics of the laptop. This variant of the laptop features an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor and an integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU.

Huawei Matebook D15 Overview

Starting with the display of the Huawei Matebook D15, the laptop comes with a 15.6-inch IPS panel. With an 87% screen-to-body ratio, the laptop has a 178-degree viewing angle and the brightness peaks at 300 nits. Matebook D15 has a dimension of 357.8 x 229.9 x 16.9mm and weighs just 1.63Kg. The keyboard here is full-sized backlit and the laptop features a multi-touch trackpad along with a  fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button. 

Moving on to the processor, Matebook D15 comes with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor. The GPU here is an Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics. You can pair the processing unit with 8GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB NVMe PCIe SSD. the device operates on Windows 10 Home.

Huawei MateBook D15 Intel’s version is priced at GBP 749 for the 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD variant in the UK. if the laptop arrives in Nepal, we expect the price to be around Rs.1,00,000.
