Design

DJI OM 5 features a 3-axis mechanical gimbal, which physically moves to counteract the movement of the camera, resulting in a naturally smooth motion. There is an extension rod that lets the gimbal double as a selfie stick. 

The magnetic clamps can now stretch out even further to hold taller phones.

Features

DJI OM 5 comes with a  feature called ActiveTrack 4.0, which now has improved facial recognition and facial tracking, which results in much more responsive performance. There is also a Gesture Control feature, which lets users take photos and videos using hand gestures. 

Other features on the DJI OM 5 include DynamicZoom, timelapse, motion lapse, and hyper-lapse modes, panoramas, spin shot, story mode templates, and glamor effects.
