Nagmani International, the official distributor of the Asus products in Nepal launched but only the Ryzen 5000 series model of the Zephyrus Duo. Asus Zephyrus Duo 15 SE Overview
Talking about the design of the Zephyrus Duo 15 SE it has an all-metal chassis made from magnesium-aluminum alloy. You can see a dot matrix design and ROG logo on the lid. The laptop weighs 2.4kg and is 20.9mm thick. Zephyrus is known for the dual-screen and the laptop comes with a secondary display that can be tilt up to 13 degrees of angle and is placed right above the keyboard. The keyboard itself is pushed to the edge of the laptop to fit in the secondary display. Chiclet style with per-key RGB keyboard has a 1.4mm key travel distance and supports N-key rollover.
The display itself is a 15.6-inch 4k UHD anti-glare panel that supports 120Hz of fast refresh rate while the secondary display is a 4k 60Hz 14.10 inches touch screen panel. Both the main and secondary displays support Adaptive-Sync technology. The variant available in Nepal comes with the processor of Ryzen 9 5900HX which is based and built on the Zen 3 TSCM’s 7nm processor and can run at 90W. Zephyrus Duo 15 SE has the graphics of GeForce RTX 3080 and Asus has optimized its ROG boost which allows the device to run GPU at 1645MHz and 115W.
The laptop comes with 16GB onboard plus 16GB DDR4 RAM which can be upgraded to a total of 48GB of RAM and 1TB of PCIe 3.0 SSD. The whole device is powered by a 90Wh battery capable of 100W fast charging. For wireless connectivity, the laptop supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1.
