Apple has launched a new color variant for its iPhone 13 series at the “Peek Performance” event. The Cupertino-based tech giant introduced a new green color variant for both the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro models.
The new color in the iPhone 13 models is simply called green, while the color on the Pro models is called Alpine Green. Both the vanilla and Pro models will be available for pre-order from March 11, with shipments starting from 18th March.

According to Apple, the Alpine Green finish on the 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max is achieved through multiple layers of nanometer-scale metallic ceramics on its surface. The new Alpine Green color option now joins the four existing colors - Graphite, Gold, Silver, and Sierra Blue. Similarly, the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini now have six color options - Green, Pink, Blue, Midnight, Starlight, and Product(Red). Comparatively, the shade on the Pro series appears more metallic than the Green on the Vanilla 13 series.
“People love the design of iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13, and we’re excited to unveil the stunning new alpine green and green finishes, which join the wide range of beautiful colors on the iPhone 13 lineup,” said Bob Borchers, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing. “These new colors give customers even more options when choosing their iPhone, and we can’t wait for them to take advantage of all the iPhone 13 lineup offers, including an unmatched performance with A15 Bionic, our best camera systems, massive improvements to battery life for everyday needs, fast 5G, incredible durability, and so much more.”
