After launching the Helio G96 equipped 4G V23e, Vivo has now brought the V23e 5G, which, evident by the name is a 5G version of the smartphone. It features a Dimensity 810 processor, a 44MP selfie camera, and supports 44W fast charging. Vivo V23e 5G features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a waterdrop style notch. Around the back is a rectangular camera island that holds the triple camera setup of the smartphone. Users can choose between Moonlight Shadow and Sunshine Coast for the color option.

Running on Android 11 based Funtouch OS 12, the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. Vivo has also added the Extended RAM 2.0 technology that provides 4GB of virtual RAM to the smartphone. Similarly, users can also expand the storage up to 1TB using a MicroSD card.
