Smartphone makers have never slowed their pace when it comes to the innovation of their devices. From big bezel displays to bezel-less displays, the makers have never ended their innovation. And, now after under-display finger print sensor, now it’s time for under-display camera. Well, that’s a cool innovation, isn’t it?
And talking of this awesome feature on the upcoming smartphone, the question may also arouse on our minds about which smartphone brand will be making a debut of this awesome innovation? Well, its Samsung which will be keeping this new feature on its upcoming device. More on, Samsung has also invested in developing a technology to house the front cameras under the display. According to the reports, if everything goes well, Samsung will soon be releasing this new innovative device probably around the next year 2020.
Additionally, it’s not that Samsung is the first working on the concept as another smartphone maker OPPO had also been working on this concept before but due to some issue on their prototype, the firm couldn’t raise it well. The previous OPPO device prototype had faced issue on its photo quality as blurriness and yellowish tinge kept disturbing the camera while lots of AI optimization works were needed to be handled. However, we hope that Samsung might not follow the same trail.
It’s, in fact, a great work by smartphone makers to bring innovation on their devices but they should make sure that their new innovation works and features a top-notch quality. While if it doesn’t fit the criteria as expected, then there is no use to calling it an innovation.
Similarly, another question may also arouse in our minds if which will be the upcoming Samsung device which will debut this feature? However, the confirmation on that has not been made yet. According to some leaks and reports rumbling around the internet, it is expected that the upcoming Samsung S11 or the next-gen Galaxy Fold will receive the under-display camera feature. Until then, let’s wait for the official confirmation by the firm itself.
