Is Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 on the making?

Is Royal Enfield’s popular machine- Himalayan coming up with a higher 650cc engine? Well, we are not sure about that but some reports suggest so. However, we are sure that the automaker is coming with a range of new machines in 2021.

As per recent rumors, we have come to know that Royal Enfield is working on a powerful version of the RE Himalayan, i.e. going to be a 650cc unit. In fact, these rumors already aired around the area since the firm first introduced their first 650cc machines- RE Continental GT and Royal Enfield Interceptor. And the chances of this engine in the Himalayan also rest high.

Moreover, the report also sheds light that the new Himalayan 650 machine is probably being developed at the UK technology center.

And since the new RE Himalayan 650 is not into making at India, the bike’s test mule hasn’t been spotted there yet. Also, it isn’t confirmed that the new Royal Enfield is actually going to be called Himalayan. As the firm has recently filed a trademark for different new names- Sherpa, Flying Flea, Shotgun, and more, who knows what name the new 650cc machine is going to inherit.

Royal Enfield India CEO had also recently announced that the bikemaker is coming up with dozens of new motorcycles in the coming years. Until then, let's have some patience.
