After a long wait, finally, the Xiaomi’s most awaited devices, the Redmi K20, and K20 Pro are launching soon in the Nepali market. These new flagships by Xiaomi are acquiring good reviews in the International market.
Well, let’s have a quick overview of both of these devices.
Redmi K20 Overview
The Redmi K20 flaunts a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with a screen to body ratio of around 86%. While the device is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for its optimum protection. The device has a glass-metal body construction.
Powering the Redmi K20 is Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset which in fact very much faster than the Snapdragon 710. The phone also features gaming mode while allows enhanced touch response while nighttime visibility features too.
Redmi K20 comes in two different RAM variants: 6GB and 8GB while for internal storage there are three variants: 64/128/256GB.
Coming to the camera specs, the phone adopts a triple camera setup at the back which comprises of a 48MP primary sensor along with 13MP ultra-wide lens and an 8MP telephoto lens. Similarly, talking of the front, the device gets a 20MP automated pop-up selfie camera which captures pretty amazing selfies.
The device gets a 4000mAh battery which supports 18W Fast Charging while there is an in-display fingerprint scanner in its AMOLED screen.
Redmi K20 Pro Overview
Similarly, talking of the Redmi K20 Pro, this device also adopts the same metal-glass body construction. The other screen features in the device are also similar to the K20, i.e. 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display with 86% screen-to-body ratio.
Accordingly, the differential facet among these two devices comes in the chipset as the Redmi K20 Pro comes with Snapdragon 855 chipset which is also the flagship chipset at the moment. Also, the device gets the latest Adreno 640 GPU which covers all of its gaming features and also integrates more along with the chipset.
Coming to the camera features, it has a similar camera setup as the K20, i.e. triple camera setup with lenses of the same MP. However, the differential part is the camera sensor as K20 Pro uses ½” Sony IMX586 sensor while this device also supports 4K video recording, unlike the K20 which doesn’t. It features the same selfie shooter as the K20.
Talking of the RAM variants and Internal Storage, the device adopts the same features as of the Redmi K20, i.e. RAM (6/8GB) and Storage (64/128/256GB).
Powering the K20 Pro is a massive 4,000mAh battery which supports 18W Fast Charging. Also, the device features the same in-display fingerprint sensor as its predecessor.
The Redmi K20 Pro has given quite a top competition to the other flagship like the OnePlus 7 as the OnePlus 7 comes with an aggressive price range.
