Recently, most of the brands are working on manufacturing their own competitive flagships. While in this increasing flagship run, brands have been mostly disappointing when it comes to the pricing. So, now most of the brands are planning on releasing budget flagships affordable for their customers. And in this line-up, the Chinese smartphone brand, Meizu also rests at the top.
Meizu had already released its two flagships, the Meizu 16s and 16 Pro quite a few time ago. While now, to complete its budget flagship trifecta, Meizu has recently launched the Meizu 16T.
Meizu 16T Overview
At first, highlighting on the design feature of the phone, the Meizu 16T somewhat resembles a similar design as of the other Meizu 16-series lineup. The phone has thin bezels on both the top and bottom. And the good news is that you won’t get any notch or punch-hole cutout at the device’s display.
Similarly, the Meizu 16T flaunts a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display which supports Full HD+ resolution. The device’s display is TUV Rheinland certified for low blue light emissions. Also, you will receive an in-display fingerprint sensor on the device.
More on, the device is powered by Snapdragon 855 chipset, unlike the Meizu 16s which has the 16T on it. On the RAM side, you will get two options: 6GB or 8GB. Similarly, the internal storage also follows the same trail with two options for storage, 128GB, and 256GB. However, you will not get an option for expandable storage.
Likewise, the Meizu 16T is packed with a triple camera setup which comprises a 12MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 5MP depth sensor. On the frontal side, you will get a 16MP depth sensor. Speaking of the powerhouse of the phone which is its battery, the Meizu 16T is packed with 4500mAh battery which supports 18W Fast Charging. And the device runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with Flyme 8UI on top of it.
Price and Availability
The Meizu 16T is now only available in China for now while its International release plans have not been unveiled yet.
