Honor has unveiled the MagicBook V 14 in China. It is Honor’s first laptop to be powered by Intel’s Evo 11 platform. Here, we will go through the specifications, features, availability, and expected price of the Honor MagicBook V 14 in Nepal.

Design and Display

Honor MagicBook V 14 features a 14.2-inch LTPS touchscreen display with resolutions of 2520 x 1680 pixels. It has 400 nits of peak brightness, TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification, and covers 100% sRGB color gamut. 

The laptop has a sleek-looking form factor and a backlit keyboard. It weighs 1.48kg, measures 15.8mm thick, and has colors like Starry Star Gray and Glacial Silver to choose from.

Performance

Honor MagicBook V 14 gives the option for two Intel 11th gen processors - Intel Core i5-11320H and Intel Core i7-11390H. Both the CPU options are paired with NVIDIA GeForce MX450 GPU to help with graphics rendering. Further, it comes with 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 512GB of PCIe SSD. 

The laptop is among the first laptops on the market with Windows 11 operating system. It also has a cooling system comprised of dual fans and two heat pipes.

The laptop packs a 60Wh battery and ships with a 65-watt USB-C power adapter. There is a 5-megapixel webcam for video calls. Connectivity options on the MagicBook V 14 include WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-A, USB-Type-C, a Thunderbolt 4, an HDMI, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Honor MagicBook V 14 price in China starts at CNY 6,199 for the base i5 model with 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD. If the laptop launches in Nepal, we expect the price to start around Rs.1,20,000.
