BMW G310R motorcycle with BS6 engine will be available for sale in the Nepali market. Himalaya Motorrad, the official distributor of BMW motorcycles in Nepal, has opened its pre-booking. The company says that the motorcycle will be available for sale in about two weeks.

Although the BMW G310R motorcycle is already available in the Nepali market, the new motorcycle will now come with a BS6 standard engine. Similarly, some other updates have also been made to it.
The 313 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine in this motorcycle generates 34 hp of power at 9,500 rpm and 28 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. The engine has a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch.
This updated model uses all LED lights. Earlier only LED taillights were available but the new BS6 model gets LED headlights and turn indicators. It has a variety of finishes in the ride by wire, adjustable lever, and engine casing.
Similarly, another change is its color scheme. It will be available in Blue and White, Black and White and Bright Three Tone Black, White and Red. The three-tone option is called 'Style Sport' and it also has a red frame and wheels.
The BMW G310R motorcycle was first launched in 2018 and an updated version was launched in India in October last year.
The BMW G310R currently available in the Nepali market is priced at Rs 975,000. The company has not yet announced the price of the new model with BS6 engine. However, its value can be estimated at around Rs 13 lakhs.
