AMD announces Radeon RX 6600XT GPU based on RDNA 2 architecture

AMD has announced the newest member of the Radeon RX 6000-series desktop graphics called RX 6600XT. The graphics card promises the ultimate 1080p gaming experience at a high refresh rate. The AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card is built on AMD RDN 2 architecture. According to AMD, it supports a high refresh rate of 1080p gaming and is 15% faster than the RTX 3060 at this resolution on average.

The RX 6600 XT features 32 compute units and can clock up to 2359MHz during gameplay and can boost up to 2589MHz. It has a 16Gbps 8GB GDDR6 memory that uses a 128-bit memory interface. Further, it has a 256GB/s memory bandwidth and 32MB Infinity Cache.
